Reading your comments is scary, but I appreciate them. So far all have been polite and informative, and they are evidence someone is reading what I write. GoDaddy's software requires a
valid e-mail address, which I would not do. I cherish privacy, and the last thing I want to do is discourage anyone from participating here because of the e-mail requirement. I will occasionally
write a personal response (such as "thank you") that would be of no interest to other readers; other than that, I don't need your address. I urge people who value their privacy to set up an address
just for things like this (such as Gmail (at Google) or GishPuppy). I won't tolerate irrelevant, hateful, personal attacks on myself or anyone else, but I haven't seen anything even close to that so
far.
